our history

«ScienceRise: Pedagogical Education» journal was first published
in May 2016.

Since 2016, the journal has been on the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine, where the results of dissertation research
can be published.

In 2017, the journal included in WorldCat, Index Copernicus Journals Master List.

In 2020, the journal was included in the "List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine" (category "B") (approved by the Orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 886 dd. 02.07.2020).

In 2021, the journal was included in ERIH PLUS, EBSCOhost, and others, the indexing of the journal is constantly updated with new databases. Since 2021, the publisher of the journal has become a member of the Committee on the Ethics of Scientific Publications (COPE).

THE AIM OF THE JOURNAL

"ScienceRise: Pedagogical Education" is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research on lifelong learning.

The issues investigated in scientific publications cover the following areas:

- adult education,
- professional education,
- primary education,
- special education.

We see accomplishing this goal by solving the challenges related to two basic aspects:

1. Lifelong learning should help develop a Personality, regardless of worldview, entry level of education, different religions, gender differences.
2. The development and coverage of new techniques for continuous and postgraduate education can help address the outflow of people from the country as a result of labor migration.

We are sure that the publication of papers on the methods for continuous education could provide educationalists who teach different segments of society with important practical information as a "tool" for their work.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

The journal «ScienceRise: Pedagogical Education» is practicing a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of the free flow of scientific information and global knowledge sharing for the common social progress.

Review process

The editorial board of the journal «ScienceRise: Pedagogical Education» practices double-blind peer review.

This process involves the following:

– First, the editors consider all manuscripts to assess their compliance with the journal subject matter and requirements.

– Following the decision of the editors, the manuscripts submitted are sent to at least two external experts in the corresponding field. The manuscript passes double-blind peer review, neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other.

– Reviewers' comments are transmitted to the authors, together with possible recommendations for the manuscript revision. The editor informs the authors, whether the manuscript is adopted without revision or authors are given the opportunity to review the manuscript and submit it again, or the manuscript is rejected.

Our journal abides by the CREATIVE COMMONS copyright rights and permissions for open access journals.

Authors, who are published in this journal, agree to the following conditions:

– The authors reserve the right to authorship of the work and pass the first publication right of this work to the journal under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely distribute the published research with the obligatory reference to the authors of the original work and the first publication of the work in this journal.

– The authors have the right to conclude separate supplement agreements that relate to non-exclusive work distribution in the form in which it has been published by the journal (for example, to upload the work to the online storage of the journal or publish it as part of a monograph), provided that the reference to the first publication of the work in this journal is included.


Privacy

The editorial board of the «ScienceRise: Pedagogical Education» pay special attention to hold all information in confidence that comes to the editorial board and has not been published yet.

The basic principles the editors follow:
– All reviewers confirm the confidentiality of information with which they work up to the time of the paper publication.

– If a reviewer needs help or advice of experts about a particular subject matter, the reviewers report to the editorial staff and get permission for such consultation.

– The information, proposed by the authors to the editors, is not transferred to third parties.

– All personal information (phone numbers and addresses), which the authors give to the editorial board, is used only by the editors and is not transferred to third parties.


Archiving

This journal uses LOCKSS system for distributed archiving published content in multiple libraries and information centers. Library - project LOCKSS ensure long-term storage of comprehensive log files and automatically restoring damaged information.
